The economy sucks. Duh. But multiply your petty problems by 10 for the needy. This year is going to be particularly difficult for them since the trickle down is drying up.

Living the 1/3, 1/3, 1/3 lifestyle is really hard right now but try not to give up your tithing.

Search around for items you don’t use and donate them to a good cause.

We found an Apple G3 laptop computer that was begging for attention, cleaned it up, and donated to Compass Community Services, a great family adoption program in San Francisco.

Another foundation that we love is the Kids of Equador program that my friends Jeff and Kristen Slye started awhile back. Here’s information on the program.
