Why 350?

25 10 2008

If you watched the two hour Frontline called HEAT the other night you’re probably as freaked out as I am. It seems impossible to tackle the enormity of global warming and the list of action items are vague.

350.org gives the overwhelming crisis a tangible carbon emissions target to work towards.

Forward this message to as many people as you can!

Priority Architectural Graphics ~ Presentation Binder

21 10 2008

Priority Architectural Graphics was established in 1995 as an engraving shop specializing in nameplates and name badges. Since then, the company has expanded its services to include the fabrication and installation of custom quality architectural graphics, tradeshow and event signage, and digitally output graphics.

Their mission is to initiate change to minimize the signage industry’s impact on our planet by exploring new technologies and substrates.

This capabilities presentation binder we developed not only explains the myriad of green sign options they provide but shows examples as well.

The binder cover and inside tabs are etched and die cut on using their on-site and the binders are a line called Earthbinder by Speedbinder. In addition, the tabs were set up and cut to use almost all the material available on each sheet.

Click here for more info on their Green Signage. They have many progressive ideas.

Tonke Campers ~ Gypsy Luxury

11 10 2008

Old school handcrafted camper tops for the Renault Master van and the Mercedes Sprinter.

Inspired by old yachts and gypsy caravans, Tonke features include polished mahogany fittings, teak wood floors, porcelain sinks and fully chrome faucets.

Both the toilet and shower conserve more water than your average variety, there is a water boiler for hot water, large fridge and gas burning stove. Even better, after you’re done with your trip you can detach the camper unit off the van chassis to serve as a stand alone guest room or office.

Do you want to die. I mean really….do ya?
